Orosházán érettségizett, s 1947-tõl a Pázmány Péter Tudomány Egyetemen mûvészettörténetet, majd magyar irodalmat hallgatott. 1969-ben fejezte be tanulmányait a Képzõmûvészeti Fõiskolán - mesterei Bencze László, Domanovszky Endre és Barcsay Jenõ voltak. 
A Mûvészeti Alapnak 1975 óta tagja. 1984-ben a Vizualart Alkotóközösségnak, 1999-ben pedig a Kõbányai Képzõ- és Iparmûvészek Egyesületének alapító tagja. Jelenleg a Szõnyi István Alkotóközösségben dolgozik.
Európa számos országában, Afrikában és Ázsiában járt tanulmányúton.
Állandó és fõ mûfaja az akvarell. A színek világa, a pillanat adta hangulat, a lekiállapot kifejezése fontos számára. Az akvarell technikát használta fel porcelánképei elkészítéséhez is, a Hollóházi Porcelángyár támogatásával. A porcelánképek bõrkeretei szintén saját tervezésûek és kivitelezésûek. 
Tûzzománc képeket is készít.
Nívódíjat -, 1975-ben Derkovits Emlékplakettet kapott, valamint miniszteri dicséretben részesült.

Rózsa  FÁBIÁN (Nagyszénás, 1929)

I am of origin from County Békés (Hungary) born in Nagyszénás. I made my final examination of secondary school in Orosháza. I've been living in Budapest since 1947. I learnt art history and Hungarian literature at the University of Sciences Péter Pázmány in Budapest.
I tokk my diplom at the High School of Fine Arts in Budapest in 1969. My masters were László Bencze, Endre Domanovszky and Jenõ Barcsay.
I'm member of the Fine Artist's Fund since 1975. I am founder member of VIZUALART Creators' Community in 1984 and of the Association of Fine Artists and Industrial Artists of Kõbánya (district of Budapest) in 1999.
I was member of ACTUALART Fine Artists' Community. At present I'm the member Fine Artists' Community István Szõnyi. I make monotypes, graphic arts, water-colours, then using the techique of serigraph a make indivudual pictures.
First time I exhibited my art works in Salgótarján in 1973, then in Gödöllõ in 1975 in the Club of Agricultural University.
I took part at individual and collective exhibitions with my serigraph pictures, water-colours and porcelain pictures: Ministry of the Interoir (1976), National Symposion of Graphic Art in Békéscsaba (1980), Serigraph works'80 Sárbogárd, Bratislava, Hotel Atrium Hyatt, School Gallery Csepel, Confectionery Korona (1984 Buda Castle), Jászberény.
My regular and main form is the aquarelle. The world of the colours, the humour of the moment, the expression of the state of mind, the creation of a magic world are fascinating experiences for me.
My water-colours and porcelain pictures were present in Eger at the Aquarelle-Biennials more times, in 1986 in Pori (Finland) at the International Aquarelle Exhibition, in Békéscsaba at the Fine Arts Show, in Hotel Gellért and in Pataky Gallery in Budapest, in Seattle (Canada), 1995 in Budapest ERICCSON Gallery of Fine Arts, in the Vizualart Gallery, 1996 Orosháza in Cultural House Petõfi and in Nagyszénás.
My works to be found in collections in Hungary and abroad as well. I was awarded the Niveau-Prize, than in 1975 Derkovits Memorial Plaque, as well as Ministerial Praise. My several artistical studies have been published. I acquired many experiences in series of my study tours in several countries of Europe, as well as Asia and Africa.
